 We maintain one of the lowest interview to   placement ratios in the industry. While this ratio   varies from position to position, our benchmark for   the interview-to-hire ratio is 3:1.  A strong interview-   to-hire ratio to ensures overall hiring efficiency.  We   also track KPI’s such as OAR and time to fill.
