Peggy Shan
Peggy blends digital marketing precision with research-driven strategy. Her ability to map competitive talent ecosystems and craft targeted outreach gives Oliver Crown a distinct edge in candidate engagement. With a background in sourcing for a leading financial services firm and an analyst internship at a top medical device company, Peggy brings both analytical rigor and marketing savvy to every project.

Mark Martin
Mark brings a combination of technical skills and as a former software engineer with Cooper Industries, along with deep skills around sourcing, Human Capital Strategies and talent transformation. In addition, Mark helped build several start ups including an acquisition of a niche, SaaS based Financial planning company that was focused around bridging the world of AI and Capital Markets. Mark is also a key contributor to a group of angel investors in tech and AI.
